Upper Valley Community Health Services (St. Anthony, Idaho)

Community Health Center in eastern Idaho is looking for a board certified Family Physician interested in building a practice from the ground up in a phenomenal geographic setting! Residents fresh out of training and NHSC scholars and loan repayors are encouraged to apply for this opportunity located in a county with a HPSA score of 14. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but is not required. This brand new clinic has almost 4,000 square feet, a procedure room, 8 exam rooms and state-of-the-art equipment. Enjoy a paperless environment where the EMR system is already up and running. Currently, the clinic is able to do CLIA waves and CMPS lab work. They also have a CBC machine. Planned projects include a state-of-the-art x-ray suite and dental facilities.

Nestled on the west slope of the Continental Divide and Henry's Fork of the Snake River in Eastern Idaho, the community is home to approximately 3,400 permanent residents. Located about 40 miles north of Idaho Falls on Highway 20 at an elevation of 4,971 feet, the area is recreational haven offering year-round activities from boating and golf, to skiing and snowmobiling. To the west, are the beautiful living sand dunes. 41,000 acres of sandy playground for dune buggy and snowmobile enthusiasts as well as a great place to just play in the sand!
